Who we are
It all began with a dream. A dream to live a better life, working for ourselves, and being closer to nature – the bush and the sea. So, in 2018, we moved from Canberra to Greendale, just north of Bega, on the NSW Far South Coast.
We started growing finger limes, which grew well, and then we added elephant garlic, also known as Russian garlic. And so began our journey to becoming primary producers, making greater use of native bush tucker and aiming to be as self-sufficient as possible.
We work with, and supply to, local businesses and the community, and are working to promote increased awareness and use of native bush tucker too.
Our goal is to promote the multiple culinary uses of Australian Native Finger Limes and Elephant Garlic, working with local businesses for the enjoyment of all who visit the Sapphire Coast of NSW.
